Case Study – HR Transformation and Team development

Project goal

• Expansion of further training opportunities for employees
• Implementation of an extensive workshop portfolio as part of the development of internal training programs
• Conception of the workshop program and the corresponding contents
• Development and implementation of the planned workshops

Initial situation

• No existing workshop portfolio as part of employee training
• In addition, only very limited opportunities for further training
• Difficult framework conditions for employees who promote their own further development in soft skill topics (complex and non-transparent process)
• Employees work from different countries in Europe. The training and workshop topics should be accessible to everyone.

Method

• The workshop topics were developed together with the customer team
• The process for participating in workshops and further training measures has been made more transparent and easier for employees
• The active workshop topics were practice-oriented and tailored to the needs of employees
• The training courses and workshops were offered in both German and English
• In addition to taking part in the workshop, the participants received numerous work materials for preparation and transparency
• Employees received certificates of completion in order to be able to transparently present their own further development
• The workshop topics were continuously evaluated through feedback cycles and adjusted if necessary.
• The workshops took place virtually. If necessary, they can also take place in person

Results

• A large number of practice-oriented workshops on various soft skill topics are now part of the free further training offer
• Access to further training measures has been significantly simplified for employees
• The range of workshops is continuously tailored to the needs of employees
